The turks built a fort with 1 unit inside of it east of Bagdad. Will wait for Admin for solve this before playing.

You built a fort with the defeated general Salih clearly breaking the 4 units per fort rule. This directly effects my turn as I would be able to defeat salih, have him retreat into bagdad and then safely siege the city. I need this fixed somehow or an admin promise that I can siege bagdad without the army being able to sally forth to break the siege. (And something done about the general who is now safe behind enemy lines because of rule breaking)
I will play once this is resolved.

I looked at the violation, and I've drawn a conclusion that CaptainNorway has to be spanked. JK, but as the rules have been broken Turks will be fined and can't sally out at Bagdad if the settlement becomes sieged. However, Salih can move as he wish(if the fort doesn't get more men garrisoned or is emptied there will be a new fine) as long as he doesn't interact with Bagdad in any way.
