Missing pics has become a pretty rampant problem in this HS IMO...seems to happen every rotation.

If I were to guess, England will not be posting pics until he gets the pics from Lithuania being destroyed. No one ever followed up on that...so there likely won't be any pics. I don't blame him. Just play on unless you suspect rule breaking. I mean, you have the admin password so you can probably check yourself...

Sorry for the huge delay here, currently the problem is that there has been a rule break on England's part, but I were waiting on Berry to do something after themz messaged him, considering me helping myself with my admin to correct a rulebreak wouldn't be the best idea. But seems like Berry isn't here, so I am forced to do it myself. Which I will do tomorrow, as I won't be home today. Sorry for the delay again!

thought the HRE was taken. why did you put a link for Poland in the response?
im up for being the HRE. are there any rules that the HRE needs to follow?
also this rule i dont understand " - Limit of 2 forts per region/per player, at least 4 units required to be stationed at each fort."
also do the battles need to be done manually?

HRE is free.
He posted the link for the Polish player to play.
The rules mean you can't have more than 2 forts in a single region. Each must have at least 4 units inside - these 2 things prevent fort spam.

And no, battles are played exclusively in auto-resolve in this particular hotseat. You can see it in the screenshots people provide. In a manual hotseat battle casualties would be much lower and you'd probably never see big stacks fighting each other that late because all the noobs that use em in manual hotseats would've been destroyed by that point
