How to reduce mana regeneration

Hi all, iam looking for a way to make the magic regeneration way slower.
I have found the winds of magic table but iam unsure what to do.

i believe its just restored_points_base, just reduce that number. Ive been tweaking it since the first one and looked at several other peoples tweaks of it and the only numbers anybody edits is lines 5 through 9.

hey tnx for the replay but the restored pints base value is at 0.15 in and i dont know how i can make pfm accept numbers below 1. Regeneration is pretty dam fast in game :/
