The Mod Does Not Detect My M2TW exe, What Is Going On?

I followed the instructions to put the mod in your mod folder, it won't work. Does the hotfix make it work? I don't know how to install the hotfix, it has so many sections, don't know if I should replace each section in the data folder.

My folder has some other program shot cuts in it but that should not be a problem, all my other mods work. How would I get this mod to work?

Install hotfix just by copying all files into The_Elder_Scrolls directory and overwrite everything. If it doesn't work, try to use install tutorials on Youtube if you use Steam-versiom (all steam-version issues will be fixed in 1.4.1).
Also, such things should be asked in main thread, no need to create new.
