Removing Walls from Minor Settlements

How do I remove the "adds walls to settlements" attribute from certain buildings? I want remove walls from all minor settlements, to reduce the number of tedious siege battles. Thanks.

Just remove the effect "wh_main_effect_settlement_walls_hidden" from the garrison wall buildings in the db table building_effect_junctions.
