Created new Character Skills, Text not appearing.

I've created new unique character skills for a Legendary Lord, to give them a bit more of a flavour. I've created text entries both derived from the local_en and tables in the data pack, but it's not appearing on the icons in the character skills window (The icons are appearing, and can be purchased with skill points, and seem to have the desired effects). I have looked at other similar mods to see what they've done differently, but I can't find anything wrong. Can anyone help?

Any advice from similar experiences, checklists of table edits (and their syntaxes), or even offers to help bug-fix the mod, would be greatly welcome.

Did you remember to import the text file as well?

I think so. My mod currently has all the appropriate .loc files in the text folder. It looks like this:
