Replenish Units from Supply Region

Would it be possible to have units replenish from a Region that is supplying the Army?

technically speaking it should be doable.
but you would need to code that and it wouldn't be simple at all, both to retrieve the pop from the region which is virtually supplying and to eventually recalculate the custom % for the replenishement.
good question but I would really advice you to abandon the idea.
