Graphics aren't my thing, but I'd suspect a shader issue. Have you tried changing the value in your config?
Erm you are missing a texture file, add this to your EBII folder: http://www.mediafire.com/file/09cll6...g_textures.zip
lel, ok thank you
EDIT:
I tested it and it works now, thank you again.
Btw, i have a good gaming laptop, i can play Rome2 at like max settings but in Med 2 my fps drops to like 15-20 fps in battles and it's very annoying, i patched it to 2gb, no improvement. I know it's probably the game engine farting itself or something.
Here is my video cfg, can i tweak something here to squeeze more fps witought losing any quality ?

Hmm. Almost all of my settings sound like they're higher than yours, actually, so I'm surprised it's still stuttering. Only thing that you have different from mine that might come with a performance cost is show_banners which I have at 0, but I can't imagine rendering up to 40 banners for each side is all that much compared to the thousands of troops.
You'd think that R2 would be more taxing than M2, but perhaps they optimized a fair bit in R2. You can try the banners setting, but I don't know if that will help much. One thing I recall from other mods that I'm not sure is true for this one or not: what types of battles are you fighting in M2? IIRC dust clouds can be expensive for performance, and whether they exist on a battlefield depends on its location.
R2TW is going to be better optimised for modern rigs; M2TW is over a decade old and filled with hardcoded limitations to stop it overtaxing what was common back then.
Well, it is playable, it's not that bothering, and it's not from the dust clouds, i don't think i even ever saw a dust cloud, but it pisses me offI dont like to play Rome 2, in my opinion it sucks a** compared to this mod. When i see all the units running and moving at the same time i feel like throwing the laptop out the window. That completly ruins the feel of the game for me. Thx for the hard work guys, best mod out there.
