As we all know Lower House have become more or less needless after all Citizens were allowed to post inside the main Curia. There have been some discussion about this already, lets make it official now.

i don't really think this needs a bill, ill bring it up in Hex since its really just an administrative task - i don't think the lower house actually appears anywhere in the Syntagma anymore

Reference to a "Section" in the Symposium for Citizens to post informal legislation was removed in the "Curia Access Amendment" here:

This allowed Citizens to post in the Curia main once more, thus removing the need to have a lower house.
