Monument Construction

Hello all,

I made an account just to make this proposal:

The other day, I was playing Napoleon as Russia and finally completed my goal of conquering all of Europe, and soon grew bored. All the cities were the same, uniform structure once fully upgraded. I think it would make the game much more interesting if 1. one could construct a local monument in each city, or possibly each minor/emergent national capital or 2. at least be able to construct monuments in other major nation capitals that one has conquered. I would do this myself; however, I am not good at modding and was hoping that someone could either pick up on my idea or possibly point out where in the Napoleon files it dictates that a player cannot build monuments in rival major nation capitals so that I may change it.

Not really possible. You cannot add slots to cities.
