    Default Morning Sun doesn't work

Hi, by inserting the three .pack files into the Shogun Date folder, nothing happens. When I start the game, the new factions do not appear, it does not seem to read, what should I do?

I downloaded the mod manager but honestly did not understand how to use it. In particular I did not understand how to select files and convert them

You don't need to download the mod manager, it's part of Shogun 2. When you click on the Shogun 2 icon the mod manager should appear.

Sincerely, nothing happens with Shogun 2, no Mod Manager appears. Checking the installation folder is the .exe file, but it is an error by starting it
