Question for the Mods: Revamps?

Hey guys! Great job on the mod! Since a number of factions have gone through revamps, this leads me to several questions. First, how and why do you decide to revamp a faction's roster? Is it due to more research being available or more time to make it look better? Is it more of a one person or team effort? Secondly, what factions do you think will be revamped in the near future? Or do you plan on one day having all the factions being revamped continuously and being updated? Lastly, on average, how much does a revamp change a faction? For example, the HRE revamp made the roster look totally unique and different, while the Georgian revamp updated some units, made them look better, and added another 2 or 3 units. Thank you so much! Many of the factions needed ( and some still need) revamp cause now we have access to a lot more new models ( custom made by our various team members ) and perhaps we also have made a bit more research. Also there are far more team membes than what we initially had.
Normally if we revamp a faction it is because if was made years ago or because it only had a handful of units in one tier only. Georgia for example had only one tier ( which was also outdated and inaccurate) whereas now they should be far more accurate and also have a more complete roster.
The more recent factions are accurate , I am confident , and they should not receive any major or complete revamps.
