Thread: Preview - Strat map models

  1. #1

Default Preview - Strat map models

One of my first modding projects was making strat models. It's what started this whole snowball called Albion - Total War. Most have been previewed before, however, once again have been modified.

Welcome Dublin into the mix of the four unique huge city models that will be featured in Albion. Individual historical city flags added to huge cities.

    Ports are on the agenda.

Battle map models will be previewed in another thread once the time comes.

    I agree 1000%
TGC in order to continue its development seak one or more desicated scripters to put our campaign scripts mess to an order plus to create new events and create the finall missing factions recruitment system. In return TGC will give permision to those that will help to use its material stepe by step. The result will be a fully released TGC plus many mods that will benefit TGC's material.
Despite the mod is dead does not mean that anyone can use its material
    read this to avoid misunderstandings.

IWTE tool master and world txt one like this, needed inorder to release TGC 1.0 official to help TWC to survive.
Adding MARKA HORSES in your mod and create new varietions of them. Tutorial RESTORED.

this is amazing work. just wondering if perhaps a strat model for monasteries is also part of the game plan...cant forget about the monks, especially in Old Albion! i remember seeing monasteries on the campaign map in Med II. maybe it was another mod. havent played the game in four years, too busy working, and using ETW as my hobby gaming on the side... sad life.

Initially I had three different monasteries (Cistercian, Benedictine, and Cluniac), as well as Iona abbey etc... For now the market resource has a church to represent religion, so do some towns and huge cities. I may change the actual priests to another agent form. But Cistercian, Benedictine, and Cluniac monks are recruitable using a spawn script trick. Indeed, the idea is to represent monastery beer, herbal medicine etc to help population order etc via ancillaries..

This post and others are works in progress, so any additions will be added and announced when complete

And I will have my vengeance again The Quadi tribes, barbarian scums who decimated half of my legio in Mediolanum City Siege almost a year ago and Gratianus Flavius "The Traitor", the former Caesar who convince a half of precious my legio to his petty scheme rebellion just 3 months ago in this save game or the next

Marvelous work - are you using the faction_variant as well? That way you could have faction specific settlements, towers, forts and ports apart form the custom huge city. Love the resource models.

Shameless plug-in: check this for naming your 'forts'.

Yes for faction_variants and yes I am using the invisible princess principle and all my forts in game are named historically.
