playing as pergamon turn 171 to 172, ctd occurs during aedui turn . tried repeatedly.
edit: checked with toggle_fow, crash occurs after the aedui take the last avernian settlement (uiennos). one turn left in the siege, overwhelming force, the faction will go down at some point if this is prevented somehow.

I can't open Zippyshare files; can you attach it to the post, it's only small.
If that's the case, it's a hardcoded M2TW bug that sometimes arises, whereby FL and FH dying in the same battle causes a crash. Spawn some extra units in Uiennos with the create_unit command, it might stave off that assault and allow it to resolve in a different way.

confirmed, i teleported the besieging army, no ctd. lets hope it does go differently.
