Changing Agent model from different faction (Cross-Faction AGENT model usage)
Hello there community,
I am running into this problem where I couldn't make the "GOREBULL" Agents to be used by the Greenskins faction - I have literally spent all my options; agent uniforms, battle entity culture, buildings, etc. to make them available. While I do see the section "Gorebull" to show up, it doesn't matter since it also says "you cannot build the required building in this province" which causes all my efforts to be futile...
SO...
I had the clever idea of changing the pesky little Goblins who call themselves "BIG" bosses, into the "GOREBULL" agent model -
I changed the uniform, variantmeshes, and all possible revenue of scripts that would enable the mod to show the goblin big bosses as the variantions of the Gorebull... but.. the end result is this:
Gorebull Christ. with his arms wide open and postured upright... as if he is the redeemed jesus..
he does not walk, he hovers around, with no change in expressions and lack any fluid movements in his body... creepy as hell.
Anyways, I didn't know what to do next, does anyone know how to fix this problem?
Thank you!

Re: Changing Agent model from different faction (Cross-Faction AGENT model usage)
Step 1) check if you can actually use the gorebull in a custom battle.
Step 2) ????
Step 3) I only got as far as step 1 when trying to add a spy agent to Warriors of Chaos. I could use it in custom battles, from what I recall there were no odd effects such as using a default portrait, unit card, or w/e. I want to say I even managed to avoid the issue you're having regarding the building requirement. But I could not get the recruitment pool to populate.
Meanwhile, I spent most of today trying to work on a somewhat related problem; increasing the number of candidates available in the hero (agent) recruitment pool(s). I can only assume filling the pool is found somewhere in the script files, but I can't claim to have pinned down which script it is (I also haven't checked startpos to see if there's a single value I can adjust, but I've searched quite a bit through the database).
Based on the issue you're having with building requirements, I suspect you've got a bit more work to do before reaching Step 2. From there, the fix could be as simple as toggling a boolean value from false to true (for auto-generate), or vice versa (for gender).
Anyway, here are a couple of threads I've come across today which should help you out. In particular, they list just about every relevant table you would need to touch to add an entirely new lord agent. Adding a hero, especially one where you're mostly referencing its existing entries, should be less extensive of a mod. Your issue could be something as simple as not setting the correct culture/subculture for your greenbull clone.

If you want to upload the mod to the steam workshop, I'd be interested in taking a look at it. I also encourage you to not be above poking through someone else's mod which adds a lord or hero, or makes a similar change, especially if it's only a single lord or hero mod, and learning from their work.

1) I have a working Gorebull in custom battle.
Getting it to show up in the recruitment pool is doable, you just have to modify the building_effects_junction (?) file, in order to allow recruitment, and increase the cap.
However.
On the campaign map and in campaign battles, (when recruited) the model is messed up and shows some kind of Skaven agent.
I know that adding custom lords and agents is doable, my question is about adding an already existing agent to another faction. I haven't seen anyone do that so far, and I wonder how and if it can be done.
The Norsca expanded mod adds exalted champion (?) agents to Norsca, but in the current state of the game, Norsca is listed as a chaos faction so it isn't really adding the agent to another faction - copying that mod won't do the trick.
