    Hello, members of TWC!

    I will try my best to teach you all how to use WOT (World of Tanks) models into Blender.
    Here's the start of tutorial:



    1. If you have WOT and Blender, if you don't have it. I'd recommend you to download it! Blender | World of Tanks
    2. Download the plugin SkepticalFox-bigworld-blender-tools-wot-wowp-wows-23405f14ea7a.zip.

    How to install plugin in Blender:

    Local Disk ( C: )> Program Files > Blender Foundation > Blender > 2.78 > scripts > addons_contrib
    Drag all of files in the addons_contrib from SkepticalFox-bigworld folder.


    3. Now start the Blender.
    Follow the images

    4. Follow the yellow highlight.

    5. Click "Save User Settings"
    6. Now switch to "3D View"

    Now you will see the left side tab "TankViewer", click it!
    Click "Parse WoT",

    After click Parse WoT, if there is no name of Tank List, click "Apply Filter"
    Thats it!

    *UPDATED*
    - Plugin is updated.
    - WOT updated Italy list
    - Updated to 1.0.1 v.
    READ: Please remove the old plugin and put the new plugin in addons_contrib.

    I learned about a new problem. By TheMantikor's problem.
    Go to WoT file in Local Disk (C > Games > World_of_Tanks > res package
    Find the "scripts" then extract file. Copy scripts folder then paste in res file.

    Go to Blender, then click Files > User Preferences > Addons-ons
    Find "Testing" on Supported Level
    Click 3D Views: World of Tanks - Vehicles Viewers


    (Ignore my path! Its not
    IMPORTANT)

    Click the folder and change the path to Local Disk:\Games\World_of_Tanks\res\scripts

    You are GOOD to go!

    Other ISSUED:

    In 1.0.2 beta client they changed the .pkg names for tank textures.




    To make BTW work you need to change a few lines in 'PackageManager.py' file. Possible path: C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.79\scripts\addons_contrib\tank_viewer

    G'day mate

    Unfortunately this addon stopped working with the 1.0 release of WoT, of which I'm sure you're aware of. Just curious if a fix is being worked on as this is a great reference source for my modelling!

    but problem is , there is no custom path

    hello guys nice plugin here but why the tracks are missing when i choose material> on the viewport shading? how can i fix that?

    it works ... i didn't see in tank option>

    "Tank Options" then click "Use segment tracks (Experimental), then click "Reload model".
