Despite the selling of Morata, let's not forget he was pretty crucial for Real in the run up to the title. Crucial goals those with smaller teams.

Alvaro Morata scored more goals than Karim Benzema this season even as he played less time. Real Madrid often won their match during the last minutes in no small part thanks to Morata.

Lemar - now up for sale but Monaco want £55m. I think Wenger will pay it.

Carvalho - Will Wenger finally get a specialist DM? Media claims we're in talks for him.

Mahrez - Wenger hasn't said he wants him but the player seems to think a deal is on.

Goretzka - This rumour keeps coming back. I like him a lot, skill, confidence coming forward and able to hold the midfield.

    Out...
Sanchez - our best player last couple of seasons but seems to be a destabilising influence on the squad. Selling him will always be a gamble but if we get Lemar, Mahrez and Carvalho/Goretzka, the squad will be stronger, imo.

To get some perspective (or an overview of the madness of what's going on at the moment). Wenger is trying to orchestrate a massive clear out while also trying to hold on to players who's contracts he let run down. I've put Sanchez in the first team and as a possible 'out' (hmm)... What it really shows is the team will still struggle against tough physical teams, I think if we get Lemar and Carvalho/Goretzka (in the middle) the attack becomes more solid and unpredictable. Personally, I still think Ozil is too much of a luxury player for the PL.

First team based on players at the end of last season and two new signings.
    Cech.
    Bellerin.
    Holding.
    Mustafi.
    Koscielny.
    Kolasinac.
    Xhaka.
    Ramsey.
    Sanchez.
    Ozil.
    Lacazette.

    Reserves.
    Ospina.
    Nacho.
    Ox.
    Welbeck.
    Giroud.
    Gabriel.
    Mertesacker.

    Possible buys.
    In...
    Carvalho.
    Lemar.
    Goretzka.
    Mahrez.

    Possible outs.
    Out....
    Sanchez.
    Iwobi. - Loan.
    Elneny.
    Gibbs.
    Walcott.
    Perez.
    Coquelin.
    Wilshere.
    Cazorla.
    Campbell.
    Chambers.
    Debuchy.
    Jenkinson.

Though when he was at Juventus he had a peculiar habit:
-score regularly, important goals when starting from the bench
-abysimal performance when starting from the field

Not sure if he kept that.

It has been rumoured so far. No idea about it tbh. With a striker coming, either you are top notch and I don't think he is yet, or you risk the benchh.

So far the best Milan signings have been Conti, Rodriguez and Kessie.

Then Calhanoglu and Musacchio who have done alright, not shined particularly, hard to judge Andre Silva as he hasn't played much.

So Dembele now on strike because Dortmund rejected Barcelona's ridiculous offer. Right. Someboy should tell the kid he signed a 5 year contract a year ago.

I hear he scored an hat trick for Milan.
That said i still think he still has much to learn, even tough he is doing fine in the national team as well. ( last macth against hungary he did gave the victory).

He is a Striker with good potencial, lets see if he doesnt get "wasted" in meantime.

Yep against Austria Vienna it was the first great game of both Andrè Silva and Calhanoglu. Though Silva had scored twice against some other team in the Europa League before.

I am me. You are not me. You are you. If I was you, I wouldn't be me.
If you were me, I'd be sad.But I wouldn't then be me because you'd be me so you wouldn't be me because I wasn't me because you were me but you couldn't be because I'd be a different me. I'd rather be any kind of bird (apart from a goose) than be you because to be you I'd have to not be me which I couldn't do unless someone else was me but then they would be you aswell so there would still be no me. They would be you because I was you so to restore balance you would have to be me and them meaning all three of us would become one continously the same. That would be very bad.

Arguably the biggest transfer news is Sanchez to Utd. Not really much to say about it. I don't blame him taking the money, our contract policy is nothing short of incompetence.

Aubameyang is an exciting prospect though.. If we get him.

Be nice to sign a CDM.... There's a thought..

Arsenal transfer team are in Germany now, previous record isn't great but we've got Sven Mislintat in the squad and he brought Aubameyang to BVB. We'll know in the next couple of days, possibly tomorrow..
