crash when conqering Nikaia

version 2.2m conqering Nikaia as KH from Pergamon (their last city)

whole error log reads more or less like:
11:27:23.409 [script.err] [error] Script Error in mods/EBII/data/export_descr_buildings.txt, at line 28445, column 3
Building DB error - faction f_bellouakoi has gap in building prior to stock_two

it's my first error log so i hope i did not forget anything vital ...

None of those are real errors, and there's no terminating error either. Is this the log from immediately after the crash? Does it repeat?

reads the error popup ... so it has nothing to do with the mod ?

Yes it's immediatly after the crash and it repeats ... the game crashes after clicking occupy/enslave/?forgot the third option? ...

Does it crash if you autoresolve? Have you tried waiting 10-15 seconds after the battle before clicking?

There's an old M2TW bug whereby killing FL and FH in the same battle can cause a crash, I wonder if that might be happening.

thx for your quick reply's but i'm already autoresolving and waiting after the battle does not help :/

Then your only other alternative is to leave it alone. Use Force Diplomacy if you must to get a ceasefire and perhaps try again later.

sieged it for some more turns and anihilated any other army they possessed ... no crash anymore ... thanks nonetheless ...
