which db table modifies ladder climb speed?

want to slow down ladder climbing so defenders on walls have greater advantage.
cant seem to find this using PFM though?

In _Kv_rules table, there are two entries,

climbing_ladder_speed_modifier

climbing_walls_speed_modifier

I think the second one was used for Shogun II. 1st one should do the trick!
