Patch 1.3 wont' install

Can anyone help me with this? My patch 1.3 won't install (hence, 1.5 can't be installed). It says there is an error and tells me to shut down all background programs (which I have none).

What version of RTW do you have.The original or TW eras?

This will help me to know what is going on.

I have the original. Here is my full setup:

I installed RTW V1.0 and made copies of the folders and would rename them so the patches would be installed in the proper place I have a RTW V1.0 folder, 1.2 folder, RTW:BI V1.6 folder, RTR V6.3 patch 1.2 folder, and a copy of 1.2 which is named Rome - Total War, so the patch should install right to it. BTW, on the error, it says error code -6001.

Nevermind, I found a solution in Total War's support forum. Turns out I had a corrupt InstallShield.
