Is it possible for this mod to work under the following scenario:

Steam client (the actual steam installation itself) is installed under the default pathway = C:\Program Files\Steam

All Steam games & associated mods (your individual Steam library) is installed under a custom pathway = (an external HDD or SSD) D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common

Can this "split" pathway work or do both installations have to be located in the same "physical" place in order for the modd to work properly?
