Default Of All Things, A Basketball Question-The Thread of Historical Inaccuracies and Crappy Jokes

Since EB teaches us that the ancient Keltoi tongue lacked a soft "C" noise, does that mean that the Boston Celtics(usually pronounced with a soft "C") are a historically inaccurate basketball team?

Post other funny things that EB made you realize here.

An interesting little article here -http://mentalfloss.com/article/77222...onounce-celtic explains how this comes about: It used to be "Seltic" but it got changed because "Keltic" is more Celtic, if you will. It's still "Seltic" in French and when I said, "les langues Keltique" in a spoken French exam hundreds of years ago, I was corrected.
