    Idk. Should I try to replace it with some other random ccard? I did roll back five turns back, I will see if it happens again.

    I don't think it's connected with that card

    I played from turn 110 again and now I'm at 117 so I hope it was just one-time thing.

    If there was an issue with that trait, there'd be an error. All you have is regular trace saying it fired.

    Tried to roll back 5 turns, but I had same error at turn 145 as before.

    That is next thing in that sequence after desert warrior trigger? Something with that dead slave captain card.

    Ì disabled fow and went to numidian territory to see what is going on there but my game always crashes without logging error. Tried to approach it in turns from 110-145 but it only works to turn 105. Maybe Numidians have build something broken there?




    I think midturn crash is because Carthage taking over that province. I think Carthage besieged Numidian capital with success, captured city and my game crashed during Carthage turn 115 and Numidian launched counterattack at army besieging their capital but failed, lost city and my game crashed during Numidian turn 145.

    Is there a way how to force peace between C and N to see im on right track?

    I installed patch 2.2q to my backup EBII folder and I dont see a crash when browsing map anymore so I might mess up something in my original folder.

    I watched whole turn, every unit and game crashed after battle Numidian army ws two rebel armies. Numidia won, one rebel army died and then error.

    Ì watched turn 115 also and game crashed when Carthage attacked same army. Rebel captain has some weird picture. So it was something wrong with that picture after all but what? I can't say.

    That is a curious finding. I've not seen that before, but it doesn't look good.

    I tried to play as Numidia and let my units rebel to check if they have same card but their game figure looks different and they have also half-moon banner not a trident as that crashing rebel army.

    It was some mismatch during installation I think.

    I played from turn 105 from my backup EBII folder where I dont have crash while scrolling above that army, captain Azulay spawned at turn 107 and he have normal card. But my saves from turns 110+ where he is already spawned are corrupted. I'm grateful for those 105 saved ones , no loss for last 20 turns as I settled so I wasn't doing anything, just waiting with restless provinces full of soldiers while I get some new culture.

    Or not. Loaded that "good save" from turn 107 and he has broken card again. I'm out of ideas why is this happening after load only for that specific captain.

    Is it possible to kill him in an autoresolve battle? Also any idea what unit his bodyguard actually is? Sounds like one that doesn't have the Rebels in it's list of ownership, which is weird.

    He is always killed in autoresolve battle by Carthage or Numidia. Im playing as Saka Rauka so It is out of my reach. But game figurine representing their army is Nabatean captain I think, maybe Saba.

    He shouldn't be out of reach of console_commands. If it's his death in autoresolve that's causing the crash, move him to somewhere in accessible, like the island off the Arabian peninsular.

    That is an excellent idea! I just moved my spy there through console, it could hit me I can do it vice versa. Gigantus is going to have a company.
