Non-Unicode programs execution settings (IMPORTANT)
The Burmese general campaign model points to a texture with a Chinese file name. You won't be able to start a campaign if you don't change your non-Unicode programs execution settings to China PRC.

However it seems that some people can't still start the campaign even after changing the settings...

So last resort (or if you don't care about the Burmese general) is to install this patch as well:

Hi, I remember how anticipated I was for this mod, would certainly want too play! But I have had a hard time download it through mega as well :/

But how does it sound too make it a torrent download instead? ofc it would require a bunch of seeders though... but maybe it is an easier solution?

Hmm... Torrent is not a bad idea, but it requires lots of people to share it. At the moment I am not even sure how many are whiling to download it lol.

If you guys have an alternative to mega, let me know. Last resort I may create several Gmail accounts and upload it on Google Drive :').

WOW more than 9 GIG.. it seems you did spend much work and time in this mod. Thank you for that.
A torrent would be good .. I would share it, too. This mod has an interesting timeframe, so I think there will be more seeders.

Dear Greece, you can download from Mega without registering. If you use firefox install the extension:

after that you can download a couple of gigabytes a day
It took me 3 days to download this mod :-) but it works

Sorry, but Torrent isn't an option. The mod isn't popular enough to make it work at the moment, plus I would need to leave my computer powered on just in case "one day someone wants to download the mod".
I will upload it on Google Drive as an alternative though , it has 15gb free space, that should be enough.

How install it? Maybe i wrong something because i unzip all files in the mod folder and when i use the batch file there is an error message that says it don't find the kindom.exe

- You need to have a clean Kingdoms installation with latest update
- 1518 folder should be in the same mod folder as other Kingdoms campaigns (crusades, new world, etc.)

Please let me know if you still have issues.

It is not. I suggest you download and install 7zip.
Download the 9 parts, right click on the first one, zip.001 and chose "extract here".
You should get a single folder called 1518.

i've managed to install it but i can't start the campaign(i already instal the prc patch)
