(Proposal) Revamped Central/South American units.

Hello,
I am always amazed at the quality of some units members of this forum can churn out, however these are almost always confined to the old world. If someone was willing to create a new and higher quality roster for the Americas that would be wonderful. I'd be willing to help with research and learn to mod to the best of my ability. There was a mod that contained the first revamped units, America 1450, but it seems to have died. Any responses or ideas would be great!
