Europa Barbarorum 2.2o doesn't start a new campaign

hello, I'm new in this forum! i have a problem with europa barbarorum 2.2o. when I start a new campaign the game doesn't start and it locks
help me pls thanks

Have you waited for it to load ? It takes awfull long while it generate new map and stuff after update.

The game never "locks" or "freezes", it either crashes or it's doing something and needs to be left alone. How long did you wait? It can take up to 5 minutes the very first time you load a campaign, which you have to wait for.

If you've broken the operation, you need to delete your map.rwm (or apply the patch again) and start a new campaign again, waiting until it's finished.
