I´ve saved the life of a sparrow yesterday.

Under what circumstances did you save him? Have you considered that he may have wanted to die? Avians have the gift of rebirth. When our bodies tire, we kill ourselves, and assume a new body. It's particularly habitual in pigeons, since their bodies deteriorate quickly.

Adult Sparrow, found in my Garden. Looked like his wing was broken, but otherwise he was fit. He attacked me, therefore I´m sure he didn`t want to die.

I first wanted to sacrifice him to my chihuahua, but then me and my wife brought him to the nearest clinic for Birds and Small Animals.

man, if I hated those puny little... things!

but my mother got one a year ago, and if you can manage to have them grow fond of you, they are fantastic... things

Having had real dogs (like Caucasian Shepherds) I can't really manage to call them dogs, but all in all they aren't that bad as.. things

Or maybe your dog was scared of the sparrow. Sparrows are the Avian equivalent of Mexican gangs. Humans generally consider them pests.
