There are two ways to do it. The ultra legal way where you set up a company in venezuela and import food and export oil. The "we have our ways" legal way where you cut a deal with the local government in a border province to buy food from you in exchange for gassoline - gassoline is piss cheap so that's good for them.

Thwere's a third way, which Colombians are already doing to some extent, but I don't want to break the ToS

Yeah I heard about that recently. I think you would need to be a fairly large company to expand a branch into Venezuela though. Also you would need all of the right permissions. How would you sell food and then operate petroleum? Sounds kind of wacky.

@Aexodus, ah you mean refugees. They tend to cross over into Colombia but in many cases get sent back.

I have never seen a person who owned a car and did not want to buy cheap fuel, even off the back of a truck.
