    I'm playing a campaign as the Romani and almost half the battles will crash after pressing the return to campaign button. It wipes out an hour of playtime in an instant and makes it unplayable. I am waiting 10-15 seconds after every battle but it makes no difference.

    Same here - at least in principle: saved a game on the pre-battle screen (is this a problem?) and have loaded it multiple times because each time I win the game crashes. Playing as the Nabataeans - turn 75 or so, attacking (and beating) the last two armies of the Sabaeans. I defeat them, they refuse to ransom the prisoners, and then it crashes. I'm playing on the most recent version, and here is my error log.

    Two things, have you changed the logging method to error, rather than trace? Curious_Caesar you haven't, which means you'll have ballooning-up logs taking up ever-more memory the longer your session.

    Do you wait 10-15 seconds after the victory scroll before clicking on the tick to return to the campaign screen? That's an old RTW trick, wait til the music stops before doing that, it gives the game time to pack away the battle engine and restart the campaign engine.
