Loving it, a great addition to the Total War series. WAAAGH!
It's good, but I prefer the traditional historical setting of Total War games.
Found it okay, probably won't play Warhammer II
Didn't enjoy it, not as good as previous titles.
Haven't played it.

the only thing this poll confirms is what i was always saying, the CORE fan base of total war titles, the :old guard" is here and plays total war because of its historical=strategic setting...

Haven't played it and am not going to.
As other people have pointed out, the departure from historical settings to fantasy was kind of a stab in the back to all the people who have supported the franchise since the beginning. However, diversifying the franchise might have made economic sense and in the end, that is what matters to a company.

I picked it up in the Steam Summer Sale and I'm having a lot of fun with it. Didn't have high expectations, but this is the first TW game I've really got into since RTW.
I don't mind that it's not historical. I think they've done a good job making a Total War game in a fantasy setting. I'll also buy Warhammer 2 because I've been enjoying this one so much. Yeah, it's very different but it's a good addition to the series IMO.
