I know units dont dismount in TT. They also don't move around on their own, have an strategic map or a lot of other things too.
If the IP was an issue then probably not even the miniatures would be in the game.
They aren't really very picky about to whom they give their IP. Storm of Vengeance comes to mind.

Missing the point mate, Man O' War is redundant if TW:W has naval battles, and is contrary. That said, I would just amalgamate the two.

Man o war is a rpg. Diiferent games altogether my good man. It's like saying skaven would be redundant and could not be in Total Warhammer because of Vermintide.

Albion is there but no Albion "faction".
That's a shame... they could have probably just reused some Celt models from Rome 2/Atilla haha.

The two large red/green provinces with the uninhabited symbol over them... Skaven?

Base game. It's been heavily implied from the start.

The Lizardmen were coming. I didn’t feel threatened at first, not with my hidden Skaven settlements. Built underground, these rat cities show up on the map as standard ruins, so enemies can only discover a city and the units within if they explore the ruins or try to settle there. But I couldn’t stay hidden forever.
The Skaven have a ravenous appetite. When they’re not fighting, they’re eating. And it’s only when they’re well-fed that they really come into their own. Fat rats grow faster, so their settlements can be upgraded; they become bolder, no longer fleeing at the first sign of trouble; and public order increases, reducing the risk of rebellion. The latter is especially important since the Skaven naturally spread corruption, lowering public order.
Very much looking forward to Skaven.

I find it more of a shame that Araby consists of empire/bretonnian knightly orders and apparently a dwarfish expedition faction.
Its a bit sad that those minor human factions all have to use empire und bretonnian units.

So I'm seeing a lot of non Lizardmen factions in that campaign map, I'm finding this upsetting.
