Are There Any THERA Modders Left On Here? Please Help Me

This is from Moddb. THERA:REDUX has a serious problem with factions reverting to Rebel. Can a modder please make a new version of THERA:REDUX so the Uruk Dominion stops reverting to rebel, would this new version (if it is made) be able to be save game compatible? Every single turn in my campaign now, the entire Uruk Dominion reverts to rebel and I don't know why, they already conquered the Lao Che Khanate, all they have to deal with is some rebellions taking over 2 of their regions but their faction Heir and faction leader isn't dying and they keep turning rebel. It is extreme annoying, I would have to redo a turn 20 times to stop them from going rebel and even then there is no guarantee that they won't turn rebel. I'm playing as the Roman Empire and it would be really stupid if a faction that big all turned rebel which would make it very easy for me to conquer them since Rebel city states only protect their individual region and don't try to conquer foreign lands.

I have been in contact with the THERA REDUX mod guy on Moddb, I don't know if he will make a new version. THERA V4 never had this problem.
