If CA really mean what the title is then CA should REALLY create Empire Gold Edition, which includes both Empire TW and Napoleon TW, at the same time fix ALL bugs in the Warscape game engine.

However, I got the feeling that is NEVER gonna to happen, so I agree with zig&sharko. No way, I'll waste my money on a 15th Year Anniversary Edition of the Total War game series.

Furthermore, after the release of Rome2 TW I became very disappointed by CA and all newer game titles are no longer of interest for me.

I just really hope its not another Warhammer expansion/game.
I don't mind the concept of TW using fantasy setting, its just that Warhammer is the most cliche generic non-unique fantasy one could think of.

I don't understand the TW website and find it confusing. How long has it looked like that? I prefer the old style website, how it used to look in the run up to Medieval 2 TW being released. I can't find anything in this new format.

I hope the new game is historical. I have no interest whatsoever in fantasy games.

The bldg in the picture looks Asian style. Plus a lot of mountains. Possibility it could be China or even Mongols, which might make sense because Genghis Kahn and family did create the largest ever land empire in history. I also seem to remember some post with CA talking about their historical games being more "character" driven.

Either way they will screw up their vanilla release and once again the great modders of the TW community will save the day.

Well I think almost everyone knows it is just an expansion to Warhammer. I can just gonna keep waiting for news on the new historical game that just started production. Hopefully we at least get some kind of announcement this year but I am at least happy they are taking their time with it. Just hope they are really stepping their game up on it and not doing the same thing they have been doing since 2009.

Still kinda wish they would have taken a break from Warhammer and put more focus on their historical games since they just got done last year with the first warhammer game and I heard they will have at least gotten the third warhammer game out before us possibly getting a new historical game but I am hoping that is not true and we at least get one historical game out before the third because I feel they would be putting out too much Warhammer that would risk putting away attention from their historical game.

Warhammer expansion? Maybe, maybe not. There has never been a total war game without its own expansion (if you count Napoleon and Attila as expansions of Empire and Rome 2 as they basically are) so it will be coming at some point, the question is when? This could be another historical one in which I'm guessing it's Empire 2 or some derivative (Discovery, Victorian, or something).

I am like 99% sure it going to be Total War Warhammer 2 or a Warhammer. Though I am pretty bummed honestly, I don't really like Warhammer, and it has a while since the last historical one. But I suppose we will find out tomorrow.
