So im making a Radious sub-mod. The main goal si to get rid of AI spamming full stack armies.
I tried editing a couple of lines but still, somehow, even the samllest AI factions manage to field 2 full stacks when in theory their unit upkeep was raised and base income cut so that any small faction wouldn't be able to field more than 1 armie.
I even tried increasing their unit upkeep by 10 000 in campaign_handicaps - they still spam the map.
can someone please tell me where to look for a solution? My guess is that there is a line that buffs AI factions economy.
