So I downloaded the patch and it's nice but I'd like to uninstal it, continue my old campaing and then install it again. =) The search came up empty so I guess this hasn't been posted before. If anyone knows please let me in.

I don't think you can uninstall mods and patches...
If you want to continue your campaign, I think you should reinstall everything

oh cmon...those long hours of instaling :S How come this Lusted's mod doesn't have an unistaler if the LTC M2TW has one?

Well if anyone else is wondering how to do it: Tankbuster was right. You have to unistal RTW, delete all the files in the game folder and reinstall it. Got the word from Lusted himself. =)
