Med. 2 Gold in TW Collection didn't come with Kingdoms?

I bought a Total War Collection (https://www.amazon.com/Total-Collect...dp/B00W5E2SMW/) that includes 2 disks for M2TW Gold, as well as a Steam key. When I ran the installer, it installed Steam, which then downloaded and installed M2TW. However, the Steam key apparently didn't include the Kingdoms expansion. The two disks have a bunch of GB+ files with names like "305550_depotcache_1.csd", but I don't think these were used in the installation. So I don't have the Kingdoms expansion. Two questions:

1) Is there any way for me to use the files on my disks to install Kingdoms? If the answer to this is no:

2) If I buy a copy of M2TW Kingdoms, and it turns out to be non-Steam (https://www.amazon.com/Medieval-II-T...dp/B000PIRVQI/ ---I don't think it's a steam version, but I'm not sure), will it work with my Steam version of the base game?

go to steam in the left you should see a list of games
double click on MTW2 it should ask you wheter you want to play the main game or one of the kingdoms campangs

That works to open RTW:BI, which came with the same collection, but double-clicking on M2TW just opens it, without giving the Kingdoms option.

no when you
want to play mods however just use this file and there will be no problems
And a mirror stored here TWC SteamModFixer.7z (contained in a 7z) use 7zip or winrar they are free to open it

To use this batch, just drop it into Medieval2's main folder
usually "C:\program files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Medieval II Total War",
double-click it and done you should be able to run mods like before

No, not yet. When I click on M2TW once, I don't see that whole DLC box that you showed in your image.

when you try to buy it form the steam store does it say something like you have this already in your libray?
if not then then is something wrong whit the key so I suggest contacting steam support then
if yes then I suggest contacting steam support because I dont know what is going on then

Is there an option to install directly to disk instead of installing via Steam? Gold usually has the kingdoms campaigns included but the Steam key might only be valid for the M2TW base game. If there is an installation key for the manual installation then write it down as you may be able to use it in this method: Creating a World - Converting Install Disk to Steam
