Hello there, been working ona custom tyech tree for the chaos faction and all is working fine, all new nodes links work great and all but i was hoping to "lock out" some parts of the tech tree by requring a building.

Ive edited the technology_required_buildings_levels_juntions_tables to allow this and all shows up correctly in game.
However, the game does not recognise when the building is completed thus the tech never unlocks.

in testing ive found that this is seemingly because chaos is a horde faction.
as a test i also installed the conquer anywhere mod for chaos that allows it to settle.

when this happens and chaos actually owns a province the command above works fine!

Any ideas on how to restrict techs by buildings for a horde faction?
