Possibility to upgrade from V2.2d to 2.2f ?

Hoping my question will not be too stupid...
I've EBII V2.2d and I'm wondering if it is possible to upgrade it in version 2.2f or shall I imperatively have a working copy of EBII v2.2b to upgrade it into this same last f version ?
In that last case, I will not only have my previous saved games not compatible but I'll have to desinstall and reinstall this full mod...

Yes.
You cannot use your previous save games however you won't have to reinstall the whole mod.

Like z3n said, you just overwrite the files, but you won't be able to play your old saves.

That said, it's cleaner and less likely to bring on all sorts of issues if you start again.

For your information I didn't go so far in my campaign and there'll be no problem to restart another one.
