    Default Various hidden unit formations

    Theres are some formations that are disabled in the game. Heres is the list of them for infantry.


    Shield_wall works for allmost every infantry unit i have added it to. Testudo i have yet to get it to work. I'll keep trying though...

    If you want a unit to use the formation just add it to its formation list.

    Maybe they decided it was better for the modders to use them. Or its the fact they rushed the game and didnt get to do the fine tuning.

    They are from RTW, as is a lot of other leftover code in the text files. Just to prove that M2TW is a mod of RTW...
    But anyway, would shieldwall actually help the units fight? I mean... with the new combat system, where the battles are a lot of 1v1 affairs, you need to have them on hold formation to use sheildwall first of all. And then, will they be any more defensible? In RTW, shieldwall was effective, cause a unit fought as a unit, but in M2TW they fight as individuals, and I havent seen formation help at all, except of course with cavalry charges.

    The units probably have no animations for Testudo. The fact that the parser accepts it doesn't mean they'll work.

    Which file do I have to code/edit to make testudo formation work?
    I've already got the animations for it...
