They mystery of Reinforcement Range
Hello,
I tried to play around with the possibility to enlargen the reinforcement range of units. I know that you can change these via campaign_variables for the whole campaign, but I didn't recognized any changes.
Than I saw that there are two effects in the vanilla game, one for the lords skill "Lightning Strike" and one lord trait for Grombrindal which both should enlarge the reinforcement range about 10-30%. However, when I tried to recreate these effects as lord traits, as stance effects or similar I haven't recognized any difference in the reinforcement range. At the moment I have the feeling that the whole "reinforcement range thing" isn't working in the vanilla game nor in any mod - it always stays the same! (or the effect is too small to recognize)
Sadly it is very difficult to test this range, as it isn't shown anywhere and can only be tested with much effort in specific campaign situations.
Is here someone who has also experimented with that or someone who can clearly confirm that it works for grombrindal for example? Might seem more like a minor problem, but I would really like to increase the range (only for the player) to have much more battles with ally support. This seems to happen very rarely in normal campaigns.
