[Submod] Larger Text for HD Screens

What is it?

This mod increases the font size which can greatly help visibility on 2k and 4k monitors. Although there is some clipping I have adjusted the mod to be as workable as possible and, I hope, the positives outweigh the negatives.

I was wondering if I wanted to change font on campaign map only, is it possible without changing other parts like menu battlefield etc.
