Evidence of ancient polish elephant-riders, found in a cave-painting in Poland:
    (accurate reconstruction follows)

Λέων μεν ὄνυξι κρατεῖ, κέρασι δε βούς, ἄνθρωπος δε νῷι
"While the lion prevails with its claws, and the ox through its horns, man does by his thinking"
Anaxagoras of Klazomenae, 5th century BC

From Youtube comments on the Battle of Alesia:

Vercingetorix: * Walls up at Alesia *
Caesar: Yo dawg, I heard you like walls, so I built a wall around the wall around your wall, so you can get sieged while we get sieged.

Joking aside, I like the principle of memes. Slight variations, stemming from a set first piece, which soon enough doesn't matter that much given the bulk of the memes leads to new centers.

My various original custom-made memes, some of which don't have working links from previous posts, so I'm reposting some of them here!

Cause tomorrow is a brand-new day
And tomorrow you'll be on your way
Don't give a damn about what other people say
Because tomorrow is a brand-new day

I was driving home this evening, when bang, I've hit the car in front.
As I got out my car, an enraged Dwarf came running at me shouting; "I'm not happy!"
"Oh" I replied, "What one are you then?"
