Hi guys
just a simple question

using pfm, in:
- db
- building_levels_tables
- xxx table

there is an "upkeep_cost" column.
I thought this was for setting a per turn payment for every building you own
or at least you construct,
but testing it, there is no in-game change.

Someone knows something?

ps. picture is taken from DeI 1.2 tables
vanilla had 0 for every line in upkeep column (thode values are the ones i put)
