    Default Assassination

Having built an army of assassins, I set about decimating the Moors with my Spanish cut-throats ... or not, so it seems.

My highly skilled assassins kill most Moorish family members in a single strike. Satisfied with reducing an army stack to one with no general, I am then dismayed to see another family member appear in the stack in the next turn or two. How can this be? I suspect the AI is cheating. Perhaps when a civ. drops below a certain amount of family members, it simply generates more?

    Default Re: Assassination

I had this same problem in my english campaing. I had wiped out all but leader and heir from Milan, this was when that weird thing happened to me. It might be adoption but I can't come up with a reason why they go in the armies and not in the cities. This is really annoying, because I counted on them having no generals in their armies. =)

Caesar is said to have whispered ''et tu Brute?'' as he had 20 knives sticking in his organs, but i think he actually murmured: ''Argblfpahkpfff."
