Default Council at Dragonstone, 283 AC

With news of Rhaegar's and Aerys' death spreading (presumably) soon to Dragonstone and the rebells celebrating their achieved victory,
Princess Elia Martell would eventually meet up with the Queen and the young Viserys. Given that neither Lonmouth nor Mooton were here and Elia wasn't sure about the loyality of the garrison, Elia had only invited the steward of the keep to this little meeting, as he was the last person, which Rhaegar chose to gouvern Dragonstone. If they wanted to flee the island, they needed to trust at least someone, who held actual authority over the keep.

"The situation seems dire, my Queen"
, she said after a while, glancing at both her children. Rhaenys, just a child of 3 years now, holding her hand, as Elia feared for her safety since the news of the ursurper's final victory spread and in her arms, Aegon, a boy who was 2 namedays old, "Baratheon has slain my son and the King... the King is dead... King's Landing has fallen.
What do we do now? We all know that the rebells will fear the claims of Rhaegar's children and as well the claim of your son upon the Iron Throne.
Your husband, no matter what people might think of him, knew this probably as well.
And yet, Dorne and the Reach couldn't stop them.
    Lannister apparently betrayed us.
The fate of my brothers and their position - uncertain."

Slightly helpless, but nontheless willing to fight on, she looked into the round of present people.
"We can not remain here, if we want to protect those, we love", she said then, sounding a bit more energic than she intended, "Or is there any hope that we can hold Dragonstone. Is there any hope that all these men down there would die for our cause, if one morning the entire rebell fleet arrives?
If none of our allies can safe us, we must help ourselves. Or am I too desperate to see another obvious path, which wouldn't end in me having to fear that I handed over my children to another King, so he could gladly execute them?
    What solutions do we have?"

OOC: I presume either Jokern or the moderation can controll the steward.
Hoping also for Della Rovere to attend.

The Queen (or rather Queen Dowager at this point) remained calm, overthinking all recent events before turning her gaze to the princess and her little children with a slight smile out of gentleness, many things had changed in the last months and it would now occur to her that both are now widowed women. The Queen (Dowager) had always respected her daughter in law, contrary to Aerys, and respected her, she listened respectfully to the princess before formulating an opinion in her mind.

'The situation is dire and dangerous, your highness' she said calmly closing her eye's for a moment, if anything she must stay calm and not let her overcome by emotions. Dorne fought bravely your highness but our enemies too many to match, now Baratheon sits on the throne and we must be careful. So many had fought and died, all for nothing she thought. 'That Baratheon will never rest with us being alive, as long as we live he knows your children and my viserys have a claim to the throne, we will be hunted forever.' She sighed, fully being aware that their lifes wouldn't get any easier.

The Queen smiled, it wasn't easy for her to do so but she wanted to comfort Elia somewhat. 'My poor Princess, we're not safe here either, no doubt Baratheon will arrange a fleet to take us, i see no reason why these men will fight for a seemingly lost cause' she raised her hand for Elia to take. 'We might need to flee for Essos and wait for Baratheon to trip, meanwhile we will raise our kids to good men and women.' She directed her gaze to the Princess with a friendly smile. 'I fear there is little we can do short term, best is we hide in safety somewhere far away, raise our kids dutifully and await for Baratheon to trip'

Elia nodded, as she had similiar thoughts, though they were a bit different.
"Essos is unknown territory for all of us", she said while musing, "Dangerous terrain, barely any contacts, I know and it would make us dependent on men, whom we have to choose from the garrison potentially. It might be guarenteed that the rebells won't find us there, but it will be hard from there to organize anything. Any sellsword or local ruler could sell us away for a coin towards the Iron Throne."
A shame they did not attend at the map room of Dragonstone. Rhaegar had shown it to Elia many times, an entire map of Westeros and its surroundings, carved into a table, while the details are still astonishing despite the maps age.
Said map was to be rumored to be used by Aegon the Conqueror himself before he marched to Westeros.
But if she would visualize her thoughts to the Queen Dowager in open public, those, who were not loyal towards their cause in light of the rebellion's victory probably would know what they were up to.
"I rather thought about sailing to Dorne first, but not towards Sunspear", she then explained, "The Usurper... as we should probably call the new Baratheon King... probably expects me and my family to conspire against him. For their own protection, no Martell is allowed to know about my whereabouts. It's our High Lords, on whom I count. Either Dayne or Yronwood should be contacted regarding our situation, while I also hope to gather more informations of why the rebellion was able to crush both my husband and the King nearly around the same time at the gates of King's Landing.
And they would be the ones, which I hope to convince of lending us enough rescources for surviving on our own."

    She made a brief pause.
"Afterwards we can attempt to flee to Essos or to another continent to cover our secret, but with the treasure chambers of Dragonstone being emptied, due to my husband's campaign, we need supplies and trustworthy men first", the Princess Dowager continiued, "I know that Arthur Dayne has to be somewhere, if the Seven have not already taken him from us and I trust my people more than the Andal garrison on this island. A Crownlander doesn't care if he serves a Stag, a Sun or a Dragon, but a Dornishman has faced the Stag, the Rose and the Dragon way too often to simply abbandon a kinsman that easily.
The sooner we sail, the better the chances are."

The Queen Dowager nodded smilingly, it was a good plan, they would need loyal retainers to help them, and the Dornish always proved to be loyal. 'I agree, we need loyal men to help us, afterall we need good men to train our sons in the marital arts, and the Dornish have proven to be loyal and good men'. Despite whatever Aerys thought of the Dornish she thought. 'Now if we have to flee we need to stay in contact with loyal men in westeros though, we need to know everything about the doings of that Usurper, i suppose you have such friends in Dorne who can regularly inform us?' she inquired. 'And yes i agree, we need to leave Dragonstone as soon as possible, it is only a matter of time before that usurper sets sail to Dragonstone'. The Queen Dowager nodded satisfied 'My dear Princess Dowager, we must be strong now, we must stand this together or all is doomed' The consequences of failure would be disastrous she knew.

Elia smiled, reaching out for Rhaella's hand patiently.
"I'm certain that I will be able to find said contact men", she promised her, "If we don't find them, we will be doomed anyways. Thus we can only hope that the Seven are on our side nontheless."

OOC:Would prepare the movement by ship for now, while assuming that both Rhaella's and Elia's authority is enough to get a ship with few followers. If there's anything else to add, I guess we can RP it out, but just want to make sure that we don't fall back too much timewise.
