Default CTD end of rebel turn (possible link to teutonic order)

    Hello!
    SS6.4 / Windows 10 / Decent specs

I'm Norway on turn 135, everything is fine until the rebels' turn, it takes a long while and then the game CTDs.
I used to have this problem a couple of turns ago, right after I wiped out all the teutonic order's units and searching for a solution on this forum led me to the has_family_tree yes/no solution in descr_sm_factions. That worked for one or two turns but doesn't help anymore.

All I get in the log is this

    07:35:00.431 [system.rpt] [always] CPU: SSE2
07:35:00.432 [system.rpt] [always] ==== system log start, build date: Feb 25 2008 version development ===

My bad, this is the full log https://www.sendspace.com/file/y2ptiq
The forum wouldn't let me upload it since its over 1.00mb

Can anyone help me with this? Should I upload another version of the log? I can't interpret it

You could try to install the Bugfix Compilation, but i am not sure it will help with your current saved game.

Yeah that's not save-game compatible AFAIK
    Anyone have other options?

One weird thing I noticed in the log is the mention of negative 06:39:13.099 [game.script.counter] [trace] counter <bishop_count> = -51
What happens later is this though
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

    06:39:13.099 [game.script.trigger] [trace] Trigger <Global_Settlement_Type_City> fired
    06:39:13.099 [game.script.trigger] [trace] Trigger <Global_Loyalty_Level_Bonus> fired
    06:39:13.099 [game.script.trigger] [trace] Trigger <Global_Building_Idle> fired
    06:39:13.099 [game.script.trigger] [trace] Trigger <Global_Training_Idle> fired
    06:39:13.100 [game.script.trigger] [trace] Trigger <Global_Settlement_Has_Governor> fired

It also seems tot ake almost an entire 2 minutes between the last line and the crash as you can see from the log

I moved all the governors out of their cities (fun when you have 150 regions) figuring that the last line could be a problem. No effect.
    Instead I got this
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
    22:51:24.543 [game.script.exec] [trace] exec <inc_counter> at line 829 in mods/SS6.3/data/world/maps/campaign/imperial_campaign/campaign_script.txt22:51:24.543 [game.script.counter] [trace] counter <bishop_count> = -50

22:53:12.127 [system.rpt] [error] Medieval 2: Total War encountered an unspecified error and will now exit.

which is similar to the lines I had before. And again there is this negative bishop -51. Can it do something with the amount of agents I have?

Also! Even after using toggle_fow and following all the AI characters my game essentially freezes waiting for the rebels to move - camera doesn't switch to any though. And then the game crashes in 1 minute 48 seconds.

    Please help!

Well, I have little experience reading the system.log.txt but the problem seems to be the firing of the Global_Training_Idle script. It starts and the game freezes for almost 2 minutes and then crashes. I have no idea what this script is; could you please search for it in the file and post it here in a spoiler? (I don't currently have SS installed, although I plan to as I've recently downloaded it).

The file to open and look for it is this: data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign\campaign_script.txt

Read the forum and found a possible cause - completing a guild mission (mine was hiring a diplomat). Cancelling the recruitment (and thus completion of the mission) let me get to the next turn. Not sure if failing this mission will make the game crash too but so far everything is good.

Good to hear you made it work a1aska. I wonder what kind of mission that was, asking you to recruit a diplomat...

This message was sent by my mobile phone.
