"Rom_Vet_Legionaries_Ger2" doesn't have a comma so that might be it.

@Jake, it has a double parenthesis, because it has a seperate/used to have a different internal table for auxiliary units.

    @Aureliae, thank you .

I fixed the missing comma, that should hopefully fix the reform script issue. I'm not releasing the new patch just yet, since I had included a half-finished fix for a peeve I had, namely the normal veterans and evocatii not having a designated name. So i'll hopefully test the new unit that I replaced it with (savegame compatible) tomorrow or Tuesday, and hopefully if the unit is properly shown then I'll release the update if I can also be sure that the script is working.

I hadn't noticed the lack of comma there but I'm glad I could be of help.

Edit: The addition of the comma fixes the issue.

Update: hopefully fixed the reform script, also changed the vanilla veterans and Evocatii to now be denoted as Italian ones, this is a cosmetic change, no in-game units will need to be recruited to incorporate the change.

thanks for keeping this up to date, Dardo. And for the Extravaganza bridge pack. It works wonders. I've been rocking this, Benjin's generals and https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfil...?id=1966187529 . thanks for providing the fun times during effing quarantine.

I actually copied over one of your CiG units to be my early marian troops for Vanilla DeI legionaire's. I kinda have 4 reform levels if i hold off on using the augustan troops for a bit. it's rather neat.

I use the same mods, alongside Celtic HD's other work . Do you mean one of those CIG version of the veterans? That could work yes, they're officially Italian veterans now, but you could rp them to be an early stage yes, cool idea .

Excellent. All the assets are streamlined on my end thanks to your bridge mod

I just overwrote the vanilla early marian dudes with your skins/bridge. They look dope and provide that certain, early marian feel.

This guide shows when the reforms occur which allow the levels of recruitment.
"With a population of around a million, Rome (in Claudius' time) was a vast city even by modern standards. It is worth pointing out that during the early Renaissance the population of Rome was no more than fifteen thousand-- living amid the ruins of a civilization that dwarfed their own. It was not until the nineteenth century that the population of Rome returned to the levels it had enjoyed under the Caesars. That is eloquent proof of the fact that human history is not a tale of steady progress towards greater knowledge and achievement." Simon Scarrow

Not as of yet, the battle stats and possibly some of the changes to population numbers would have to be adjusted, i'll try to update it tonight or tomorrow, same for any changes to CT.

Incorporated the new unit stat values and modified them for my own personal twist (only veterans/evocatii and praetorians are altered, but remain close to the vanilla equivalents). I also updated the unit pop numbers for the units that were tweaked and added.

Why are the recruitment costs of the named cohorts so high in comparison to generic ones? They cost about five times more with -for the most part- identical stats.

Because I'm an idiot and copied over the costs for the Alternative Economy mod
UPDATE: I fixed the costs, apart from the some of the veterans, their costs should now be pretty much identical to the vanilla ones.

Hey i made it to the reforms and once i unlocked the new legions i noticed the stats seemed kinda of. Here are some screens: https://imgur.com/a/O0J6UVm. For some reason the legionnaires have 58 attack and 24 defence compared to other units that usually have around 10 of each.
My mods are in the following order:
    umslegionspatch
    fixpack125c
    umcenturionlegions
    dei1, 2 and 3

Those are the stats of the original UMC mod, are you using the user.script to order your mods, or through the new mod manager?
Also, I updated both files to include the new spartan unit population numbers.

Iam using the new mod manager. Right now my load order looks like this:

Edit: Since i have eyes maybe i should try using them. "enabled out of date mods" was not ticked as you can see. Sorry for wasting your time haha.

I was looking at the units and the stats are very different than dei's core units is that intentional? and the patch is 1.2.5c compatible right?
