    Default Unwinnable naval battles - units won't attack

    Hello. So basically I intercepted these transports, and killed most of them. However about halfway through the battle, something strange started happening. My ships would no longer attack the enemy. They just slowed down and did nothing. Also, the AI for the Carthies seems to have just turned off too, they stopped doing anything. I attached some videos to show what happens.
