    seems that the infinite charge bug is back, at least for me. these screens were taken in rapid succesion as these militia hoplites enterd and exited charge mode destroying my principes in the process.

    EDIT:Reloaded the battle, this time dislabling all submods just to be sure. The result is the same. The units involved are greek garrison hoplites and greek garrison militia, the faction is massalia. i am not sure but i don't think i've noticed this behaviour before during my campaign. Just ended a very long war against carthage, which makes ample use of hoplites, but i'm almost sure this never happened. Not even against Epirus. Another thing i've noticed is that the green icon indicating the hoplite formation switches on and off constantly as they continuosly shift from fighting and charging.

    That is indeed weird as it does not happen for me even in large hoplite vs hoplite battles. There are triggers that auto disable phalanx but of course CA made AI able to bypass there restrictions so they end in a loop. Even weirder part is that I would expect it to happen on a river or during city assault but not in land battle.

    It was actually a river crossing battle, even if this specific part of the battle was happening far from the river itself. It's the bridge just south of Mediolanum, on the river Po. Sorry but didn't think it was worth mentioning.

    I've noticed that the siege battle map for the city of Capsa in Numidia doesn't correspond to its actual position on the map. It displays the city as a port (in the middle of a desert !). The issue was spoted before the release of 1.2.6 version. Has it been fixed ?

    Hej Mietek88, I think it's quite normal that you found a Scythian fleet by the Italian coast. I've experienced few times the same event in Attila TW where I found Ebdanian forces near Alexandria in Egypt whilst playing as the Sasanids .

    Capsa is not a bug, this is how we fixed permanent crash introduced by CA.

    Basically what CA did is they forgot to add battle map to it, which caused a crash each time you would try to play the siege.

    Only way to fix CA crash was to replace entry to pull other battle map from the province but we cant control what exact battle map is used, hence game just pulls capital one.

    Unless CA goes back to Rome 2, this is the best fix we can have for it.

    There are some missing death animations on the following units: insubres gaisarepos, celtic warriors (garrison), celtic tribesmen (garrison), greek hoplites (garrison).

    What do you mean by missing death animations exactly? Overall units are using animation sets so if one units has it, every single one that also had it will have similar issues. Other thing is that I dont expect animations to be ever changed again as only few people on this planet know how to do this and they are not active anymore.

    Missing as in soldiers freezing on their knees after death. I remember a while back Dresden mentioning it was related to death animations. Am i wrong?

    It is but animation is not missing. It is just a type of death animation. if animation would be actually missing, game would crash.

    Romanized and aor thessalian cavalry do not have the thessalian horse "ability".

    another set of bugs/glitches:
    -just had a secession as rome. the armies spawned for the seceding party are made up of a collection of camillan/polybian units while i've already unlocked the marian reforms.
    -most standard bearers have the staff of the standard a little offset from their hand, so they actually hold onto thin air.
    -several ancillaries keep disappearing without reason. i tought this had been fixed some time ago. am i wrong?
    -roman centurions should wear their scabbard on the lft flank, not the right like it is right now.
    -and another very minor one. camillan triarii use gladii as their back up weapons. would be more fitting to give them greek style italic swords, such as a xiphos and kopis as gladii were still not in use.

    Sorry, idk if it was reported yet, but for me the Empire Divided campaign can't be finished. Every time i destroy the Palmyra state i instantly get crash.

    I don"t know if it a bug, but the battle map for Syracuse is exactly the same as Carthago, with a magnificent Cothon.

    -these armies are not tied to reforms as it is impossible so they will spawn random troops
    -this wont be fixed as each and every single model would need to be made from the beggining since their position in 3D program was wrong
    -scabbard thing and triarii swords can be looked into and fixed

    This is a bug from base game as CA messed something up. They later fixed it since they have better tools for it but in our case it means whole file has to be rebuilt manually line by line, which is weeks of not months of just working in it.

    We can't edit battle maps in Rome 2 so this is from base game.

    The Reformed Median Cavalry unit for Atropatkan has a problem with its ranged attack. It looks like it was assigned a foot archer damage profile instead of cavalry archer, because it has the 3 armor piercing damage of foot archers rather than the 5 armor piercing damage on cavalry archers, and they are the only cavalry archer in the campaign that can use Flaming Arrows which are otherwise foot archer-only. Overall they are a significant downgrade compared to the unreformed version.
