Sounds like you have different mods enabled.
Smaller Fixes
- Fixed invisible egyptian garrison unit
Kyrenaike Native Citizen Militia were missing before this update. I already killed them off so I can't check to see if it fixed. But just in case reporting it.
Hmm, no, that wasn't it. Definitively a bug, I used the 17.01 update and my influence was back again. Most of my regions are back at >50% Roman culture again and everybody is happy again :-)
Gosh, I can't believe how much fun this mod is. It's like an entirely new game, even coming from 1.1! I love how I can't just steamroll everybody anymore, I play almost every battle manually in order to lose as few men as possible (as units replenish sooo much slower now) and I enjoy every single one of them. I played for like 15 hours on my Roman campaign now and still haven't unlocked the final reform, can't wait for it :-)
Updated 1.2.07 January 19th
Updated Part 1 Only
All updates save compatible
To update, simply download part 1 again and overwrite it in your Rome 2 data directory
Crash Fixes
- Fixed a script error causing a repeatable AI turn crash.
- Removed income negative at higher imperiums for now in case that was a crash cause. Increased higher imperium upkeep/corruption a bit to compensate for now.
Battle Changes
- Changed thresholds for units going too fast into wavering state.
- Slightly new morale display. Units now can be between two morale statuses, for example steady and shaken will blink in turns, telling the player that unit is on the brink of lowering their morale.
Balancing/Changes
- Increased movement range of nomad supply train units to equal infantry.
- Reverted war declaration diplomacy changes for now due to some odd behavior.
- Lessened some of the imperium penalties at imperium 3 to smooth the transition between 2 and 3.
- Removed culture negative at higher imperiums for now.
Smaller fixes
- Fixed some incorrect secondary emergent/rebel faction entries (new campaign only)
- Fixed legionary animations while running and out of ammo.
- Changed xp bonus on eastern temples to be more specific instead of all units.
- Fixed Boii noble unit holding spears incorrectly.
- Fixed champion skill missing some effects at higher tiers
- Fixed typo in garrison unit name
- Added better unit cards for 2 Agema cav units
- Lowered quartermaster ammo bonus.
- Fixed Armenian Nakharar unit attribute setting.
- Fixed a hoplite attribute group missing charge reflector
- Fixed AOR Paphlagonian cav unit officer standing on horse like a crazy man.
- Fixed Aux Roman Pannonian cav voice entry
- Fixed some Atropatkan unit population settings and barracks tiers
I take it everything included in the crash fix is implemented?
again thank you so much dresden. 1.2 is absolutely amazing!!!
I can no longer wait for the release!
I´d call that a pretty major fix- Fixed a hoplite attribute group missing charge reflector

Hello Sir Dresden, I am trying to download your amazing Mod to my Mac. But it does not seem to work.
I have followed these steps in this link to the “t” and it still does not work -> https://forums.totalwar.com/discussi...mperor-edition.
Can you help?
I updated to the latest patch and a lot of my very friendly factions are now low neutral numbers. I don't think it will hurt me in this save but it makes me a little more nervous of my allies. Also a faction with almost -600 hostile points wanted to make peace with me all of a sudden for a rather small fee.
Do we have to install both new patches Part 1 & 2 or just 1?

Hey Dresden, I launched the Mod (finally got it work) and the Mod Launched fine. I have the units and everything but it doesnt seem to have all of the Factions. But I dont know if that is how the mod is or not. Is there an older DeI Mod that I can play for my Mac?
@Dresden, oh and the Grand Campaign Mode did launch as well.

I don't know if this was just missed but after the latest update my very friendly factions are now almost neutral or neutral. A few big ones now are unfriendly. Same save just new update and the only things they dislike me for is cultural aversion and expansionism. Which keeps growing negative even though I have no expanded in a long time. Just liberated. That is why everyone was so friendly. It is almost as if they forgot I liberated them and all those bonuses went away.
Yes, please do I am sure our Mac friends would like to know! There is a thread here where they are working on it http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...roubleshooting
I didn't change anything with diplomacy in the last patch, it was just an update to fix crashes.
Edit - other than reverting the previous change with war declaration/break treaties being easier. So if anything there should be less war declarations right now. Or maybe you hadn't updated in awhile? A few updates ago I did alter some of the basic diplomacy values.
